Together we Stand
We are so lucky that we are allowed to use iPods in school. I just found out that in the Natick High School there was a huge fight between staff and students for iPod use during study halls. It was a big movement for their school considering that the school peitition students generated gained 400 signatures and gained almost 1000 facebook supporters for iPod use. The vote was close, 4 to 3, sadly the students lost. The School Committee was harsh, baising their decision highly on other studies of iPod use. The result was only allowing Seniors to use iPods during study period. But this gained the attention of the media which shows that students united could actually make a movement.

Students should at least be able to use Ipods during a D.R. or study. It's not fair for just seniors to be allowed. Ipods helps kids focus sometimes and should be allowed when you are in a study period.
